Meet Doug Brewer

Doug is the Founder and Head Trial Attorney of Brewer Law, with special emphasis on data breach litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, motorcycle accidents and bicycle accidents. Doug’s forceful litigation has yielded millions in recoveries. He has the eye of an engineer as he gives each case the attention needed to maximize the chances of winning against rich and powerful defendants.
Doug’s approach is relationship-centered. He believes in building bridges and good communication to solve tough legal issues. When litigation is required, Doug takes a team-centered approach, partnering with legal colleagues and connecting with professionals to ensure the best possible outcome.
For several years, Doug served as a dedicated board member of the New Lawyers Division of the Consumer Attorneys of California. From 2019 to 2020, Doug served as Chair of the New Lawyer’s Division. From 2020 to 2021, he served as a member of the Executive Committee and he continues to participate as a dedicated member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
He is a graduate of the 2014 ABOTA National Trial College. Doug has been a dedicated member of various Inns of Court, both in San Diego and Riverside County.
